Our newly designed Portion Meal Plate demonstrates how to proportion every meal with the appropriate amounts from the five major food groups which include fruits, grains, vegetables, protein and now dairy. This is an excellent way to teach children at an early age to develop healthy eating habits. We now offer the plate in two sizes; the child's plate that is 9 1/4 inches in diameter and preschool plate which is 8 inches in diameter. Each comes in sets that include activity books, educational cards or even both. It is made of durable plastic and is dishwasher-safe! The portion plate is also available in spanish!
